FEE REFUND POLICY

Whitby International Schools understands the significant investment parents make in their child’s education. We value your trust and are committed to providing transparency and flexibility. Our fee refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

Please note the following:

  • Enrollment Fee: The non-refundable enrollment fee of USD 350 applies to all fee plans (one-time, installment, and customized).
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for students who have paid the one-time fee plan.
  • Installment and Customized Fee Plans: Fees paid under these plans are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.
  • Refund Request Timeline: Fee refund requests must be initiated within 90 days from the start of the academic year. No refunds will be processed after this period.
